Delivery

In mainland UK we ship our orders with Evri for 3-5 working days.

International orders will be sent with UPS, FedEx, or Parcelforce. All products are subject to our current leading time before dispatch, which is usually one to two weeks on some products.

Returns

You will hardly ever have to return our products, as they are simply remarkable. If by any chance the product didn’t meet your expectations you should know that we accept exchanges and returns for 30 days.

Simply send the product back to the below address with trackable delivery and include a note with the reason for the return, we'll do the rest.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged you will need to cover the return postage. Please ensure you send the items with tracked delivery carefully packed and in resellable condition. As soon we receive the goods back we can process a refund to your original payment method which may take up to 7 working days.
