Delivery

In mainland UK we ship our orders with Evri for 3-5 working days.

International orders will be sent with UPS, FedEx, or Parcelforce. All products are subject to our current leading time before dispatch, which is usually one to two weeks on some products.

Returns

You will hardly ever have to return our products, as they are simply remarkable. If by any chance the product didn’t meet your expectations you should know that we accept exchanges and returns for 30 days.

  • Returning a non faulty item for a refund

Simply send the product carefully packed in resellable condition back to the below address with trackable delivery and include a note with the reason for the return, we'll do the rest. As soon as we receive the goods back we can process a refund to your original payment method which may take up to 7 working days. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

  • Returning a faulty, damaged or wrong item/size was received

We do our best to be accurate and thorough in the process with a lot of quality checks along the way but mistakes do happen and we are here to fix them. We’ll send a prepaid label to send the item back to us before we send a replacement or issue a refund. Do not send the item back with a random courier as we won't be able to reimburse the cost.
